Lifetime Warranty Statement for Florpad Products
Irootfor AB (“We” or “Us”), extends to you, the original retail purchaser (“Consumer” or “You”), a limited Lifetime Warranty for the Florpad™ carpet for gaming chairs (“Product”) under the terms and conditions set forth in this Statement.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
- The foregoing warranty is limited and is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear of material or fabric; (ii) natural variation in fabrics or figure or the presence of character marks; (iii) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), and improper cleaning or treatment , neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification; (iv) Changes in surface finishes, including colorfastness, due to aging or exposure to light; (v) Removal of any manufacturer label(s) or sticker(s).
TLDR: ANY MISUSE, ABUSE, OR MODIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
- Consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy and our sole and exclusive responsibility under this warranty will be, to replace the defective Product. Any replacement may be, at our own discretion, a new or remanufactured Product, or another product, intended for the same purpose and within the same price range. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that it is not reasonable to replace the defective Product, We may choose to refund to you the purchase price paid for the Product.
TLDR: WE WILL REPLACE YOUR DAMAGED PRODUCT OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE AT OUR DISCRETION.
- To enforce this warranty, contact us at Support@florpad.com and we will provide you with further instructions. In order to have your Product replaced under this warranty, you will be required to return the defective Product together with proof of purchase (invoice) to the address specified Us. You shall bear the cost of shipping the Product to Us, and we will bear the cost of shipping the Product back to the Consumer after the completion of service under this limited warranty. We reserve the rights to ship according to what it deems the most efficient standard method of shipping. Any Product returned to Us without proof of purchase will be returned to You at your cost.
TLDR: CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT Support@florpad.com FOR REPLACEMENT. WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE PRODUCT UNLESS YOU CAN PROVIDE US WITH THE INVOICE FOR THE PURCHASE.
